Easy scheduling and nice office staff. Doc walked me through everything and even took pictures to show me the problems areas. I needed 2 root canals and didn’t feel anything other than some soreness after the numbing medication wore off.
Coming from a person that does not like dentist, I'm truly impressed by this office. Everyone is amazing from the front staff, to the doctors, and the dental assistants! They have all been very attentive and caring, I definitely found my new dentist office! Long story short, I'm the type of person that holds off on dental work until I'm in pain or absolutely need it. READ BEFORE ATTENDING PRACTICE My family and I had been patients of the Family Practice, Pecos Dental, for 29 years. Unfortunately, I have had to have several surgeries to fix injuries to my teeth over the years. Last year, I came to Dr. Santiago with an infection cause by an old root canal that called for the tooth to be pulled and bone graphing to be done before a replacement was put it in. My experience at Pecos Dental was amazing from start to finish. Not only did I feel the doctor alone was helpful, genuinely caring, communicative but the entire team in general from the receptionist, office manager, and dental assistants. I came from a previous not so good experience to Pecos Dental.
