This company takes advantage of loopholes in our construction laws to build massive multi units in the name of affordable income housing while only allocating a small number of units to that scope and cashing in big on the majority of the units that are rented at market value but they can be built because of a loophole in the affordable housing laws. It’s all about the $$$$$
I might be biased because this is my fathers/uncles business but they built my house and I've always loved it. 10/10 recommend for quality and timely work
