The walk-in orthopedic clinic is a joke . The PA on duty did not even enter the room . The nurse was sent in to tell me the PA wouldn’t see me because I had previously had an Injection. The cortisone injection was 1+ years ago, and was on the other hand. If you’re in pain, go to the ER.
If I could leave ZERO stars I would! My son broke his foot and was seen at the hospital the day before. Before being discharged the hospital made an appointment for us to follow up. I confirmed they took our insurance only to get there and go through the process of checking in to be told, "Oh we don't take your insurance, but you can self pay. Self pay starts at $800. You can pay $400 now and be billed for the rest"! They had my insurance information for 24 hours and neglected to call and say they don't take it! Now I have a... read more
Dr Olijumi is a great doctor. The office staff at this location are incredibly rude. I'd go somewhere else if I could.
This company needs to get it together. People are calling everyday to not get an answer no call back office sits around and dont do nothing for there clients. They put me in a soft cast sent me to zwanger then after zwanger could not get a hold of them for 3 weeks even after going back down there to give them my insurance card and still they couldn't reschedule me so therefore very unprofessional and a claim has been filed against northwell it happen in the first week of july. and now going into 2nd week of august with a pos... read more
