I am disappointed to report a recurring issue with misdiagnosis. On multiple occasions, rapid COVID, flu, and strep tests have yielded negative results, only for subsequent lab tests to confirm a positive diagnosis. This discrepancy has become more pronounced since the facility ceased sending samples to external labs approximately a year ago. I needed to see my primary physician last week, and unfortunately they were unable to see me, so I headed to Peconic Bay Medical Group in Manorville. I was greeted promptly and was able to see someone that evening. Elizabeth Sanders, RPA-C was amazing! She was professional and courteous. She treated me with kindness and class as she assessed my issue . Elizabeth sent a prescription to my pharmacy, and I was on my way.
