This company is family owned and generations, little Tom came out to address my concerns, very knowledgeable, compassionate with my needs, great understanding. The next evaluation big Tom and his partner.. sorry I cannot recal your name, were amazing as well. They confirmed what was suggested. They have over 40 years experience, excellent customer service, they listen to your needs and not do whatever they want( like other electrician I had come before). After being turned down by a different local electric company (I guess my job wasn't "big" enough), I contacted Peco. Excellent service. Technicians came out the same day and installed several light fixtures, and repaired some others. I also needed a new bathroom light/fan and the tech showed me what to order. I did so and it took about a week to get here. I called back and a different set of techs came out and installed that. If I need more service in the future I would not hesitate to call again.
Great company! Reliable and professional! They truly stand by their work. Pricing is fair, and their technicians are extremely knowledgeable. I just wish we had a company like this in the other cities where we manage property.
