I was very proud of the service that was provided I called on a Tuesday they were here the next day on time gave me an assessment of everything that was going to be done they were here on the schedule day on time completed the services and even when one of the breakers didn't handle properly they came back out very expeditiously and fix the problem
This company is family owned and generations, little Tom came out to address my concerns, very knowledgeable, compassionate with my needs, great understanding. They have over 40 years experience, excellent customer service, they listen to your needs and not do whatever they want( like other electrician I had come before). After being turned down by a different local electric company (I guess my job wasn't "big" enough), I contacted Peco. Excellent service. Technicians came out the same day and installed several light fixtures, and repaired some others. I also needed a new bathroom light/fan and the tech showed me what to order. I did so and it took about a week to get here. I called back and a different set of techs came out and installed that. If I need more service in the future I would not hesitate to call again.
Great company! Reliable and professional! They truly stand by their work. Pricing is fair, and their technicians are extremely knowledgeable. I just wish we had a company like this in the other cities where we manage property.
