Terrible service. I have not been able to connect the service in my name for about a month. I send emails with my information and I wait response for about week for each email. Phone service is also bad.
Useless, Power outage since wednesday and it's now saturday. Every day they say they will fix it tommorow. Even showed up and then left, wish I could give 0 stars.
Even one star is far too many, Peco has undoubtedly the worst customer service of any organization I've ever seen. Expect to be disconnected, not receive a call back, not have your issue resolved, not have your technician show up on time or even at all...truly one of the worst.
they are absolute trash at maintaining and repairing their electrical grid
