While I was driving from Maryland to Arkansas the engine splash shield became lodged under my car. I explained what happened and they immediately took my car back and removed it since the part couldn't be salvaged. They were so kind and helpful to a complete stranger.
3 months ago I brought my car into pecks for a leaking valve cover gasket and for my control arms to be done. I was satisfied at first until I saw this! My battery light started flashing so my dad and I went to check the alternator and he found this. They did not plug back in my vacuum line back into my ENGINE! I have been driving my car around with it like this. I brought my car into pecks trusting in them to do things the right way to only find this.
