Great location to see Fort Louisburg and dine at The Bothy. There was room for all 4 of us but beds were uncomfortable and squeaky. Kitchen had all we needed and porch was lovely. One of us was bitten by bugs, room smelled stale.
Best places to stay in the cottages are so clean and Darrel is a awesome guy and great to deal with and always treats me awesome I love coming here when I get the chance
Nice cottages, clean and reasonable priced. Manager was very demanding and shut us down at 8:30 and told us that we were getting only one warning to get into the cottages and close the windows. Keep in kind we are all 50+ adults just hanging outside 5 of the 7 cottages we rented. Will never go back!!!!
Check in process was pretty smooth since we paid online. Perfect cottage for our family. Everything looked so perfect, they must have just painted the walls. My only complaint was that the mattress was a bit hard. I would still absolutely stay here again though!
Thank you. We stayed there one night recently and have to say that our host was a very nice, laid back kinda fella who treated us very well. I have never stayed in a campground where the shower/toilet facilities were so modern, clean and fresh smelling as this one. Even has dehumidifier in men’s and women’s. No more drying yourself after drying yourself. lol.
