Pecks always delivers friendly honest service.
Zero communication Dropped car on a Thursday for a 20 min job. Had to call on Saturday for update. Had to call on Monday morning and it’s still not done. They say now it won’t be done today. Don’t recommend this place. Unprofessional, slack and rude
Very condescending and pushy. If it wasn't for the A/C machine I would never go to this shop for anything
Agree with other reviews about being rude and ignorant. I Was extremely nice to them as well. Specified I was going to have my truck towed in the next day. I had two issues - one of which made it undriveable. I quickly ended up getting the first issue fixed so my truck was at least driveable by a neighbor. Called in to get it looked at and was told they would no longer fix my vehicle for me because apparently I made them wait? No where in my message to them did I specify a time and it was only 1230 pm when I called to get it... read more
