If feel like chickens are pecking at my feet
Received a call from this office, or someone spoofing number, asking if I was expecting a shipment from Mexico. Obviously, a scam.
I left 3 messages on 3 different days last week with Joyce wanting to file a claim and no call back and unfortunately I was told she is the only one that does claim in the office. I ended up contacting the insurance claim department directly.
Amla Sharma of Peck & Peck Insurance has been my commercial insurance agent for years. She has been attentive to a fault. I would highly recommend her to anyone who loves great service.
