Brought my brand new truck (less than 24 hours I owned it) to get a tiny chip repaired in windshield. After paying the worker walked me out to show me the chip they had repaired. Then she proceeded to tell me that she had scratched my truck and told me to make another appointment next week to come back and they could buff that out for me. Said it happens all the time in fact.
