The worst office and service I have ever encountered They do not return calls it takes 10 minutes to even get to a human. They have NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING. outrageous.
I liked Dr. Pechman and I sent my mom to see her too. I found her to be very nice.
Karen Pechman is probably the most ill-mannered person in the building. You would think someone in the medical profession would have a bit more empathy for their patients and people she works with. Just a nasty rotten attitude on this person. If you get Karen as your doctor, death is probably an easier option that dealing with her.
Don't go! The equipment used is very old (computer from 1984) en it's dirty.
