Doug Pullen is an excellent service mechanic. He made me feel seen. Very attentive. And did something other car dealerships had not done. He did not make me feel invisible. I appreciate all he did for this 70 year old recent retiree. All without making me feel like I was a bother
Took delivery of a new Audi A3 from Pecheles Automotive and was stunned to find they had slapped a vinyl dealer decal on the rear of the car. I peeled it off — and the outline is still etched into the paint/clear coat. So now I either live with a permanent advertisement for the dealership, or pay out of pocket for paint correction to remove damage they caused. Upon our arrival at Pecheles’ car lot, we were approached and greeted by salesman Kolby. He asked us what kind of car we were looking for and helped us accordingly. Kolby was polite, knowledgeable, and very PROFESSIONAL. He also communicated well with his manager Josh, and they seemed like a great team. I definitely recommend Pecheles.
