Hi tech and great staff
In searching for a dentist that is an in-network provider for my insurance, I came across Dr. Prab and the Pecan St. Dental. I noticed they have 5-Star reviews and decided to give them a try. I must say that I am totally impressed by the young ladies that work there, as well as the service Dr. Prab provided. I was treated like a VIP. Everything was explained in detail as it was happening and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I felt so welcomed there; like I was among family. I Look forward to my next visit.
Legendary staff. Excellent communication before, during and after my appointment, professional, clean, welcoming empathetic, list goes on. I do not understand ratings under 4 stars unless bad experiences pile up. They take their time with clients so with a little wait. Chances are they are making sure you get everything you need same as the person in front of you.
