This is the worst management company I've ever dealt with! There's needles from junkies laying around the property. They make you pay for trash and pest control but trash hardly comes always got a dumpster over the top and pest control hasn't came in over 45 days but they still charge you the fees. They charge you 100 dollars in water it could be more than that also. There's roaches and I mean a lot of roaches. The property has a bunch of dog poop all over the property. No hot water for days , our faucet has been broken and they haven't come to fix it , washer and dryer dont work and I have a 9 yr old grandson that lives there
