This place doesn't care about it's renters or it's facilities I went without water and major repairs needing to be done for over 3 yrs
Owner will work you and never pay you. Owner will lie and say she has someone coming to fix or check in the mail nothing happens check does not come. Lived here with no floors just plywood and 6 months no hot water or window when I did stop paying rent because me and kids had to boil water to take a bath we was evicted within one night I was given 7 days to move got the notice the day before the 7th day.
