Not a safe family community at all. Can't have anything for your children so forget about that. Had 2 murders here already. They go up on lot rent constanly for doing ANY TYPE OF MAINTENANCE, claiming it's for property taxes or insurance blah blah blah. The new owners are horrible. I've lived here since 2009 and since the new Stanley Communities has taken over its been hell.
Pros: Stanley Communities is very professional and take care of situations in a timely manner. The neighborhood is clean and the people are respectful. Cons: Most of the drains that passes under people's driveways are severely blocked so it doesn't take much for the yards to flood bad and it takes weeks for the water to go down. Also, you can't have ANYTHING fun for the kids in this neighborhood. Update: The problem was never fixed nor did I see any attempt to fix it.
Not a "family community" as they claim it to be. You can not have anything outside pool, slides, basketball goal...etc. They even tell you what kind of dog you can and can't have. I have lived in this trailer park for almost 13 years and lived down every lane in here and I can not wait to get out of this trailer park!!! Read your lease before you sign it!!!
