It looks like I'm in for the same treatment reported by another customer - my $60 deposit was not returned within the 7 business days as promised. I only rented for a few months and my rental fee was always paid on time. Pec Self Storage claims it's "working on it" but does not respond to requests for updates. I would recommend being very careful renting space from this company as you may or may not get your deposit back and communication with an actual human is not possible all communication is via text messaging.
