I bought a $500 car part from PEC australia 29/06/2025. It was advertised as a brand new OEM but it came looking older and more soiled than my broken part!!! it was found to be faulty. I have been chasing the resolution for a refund for the last 4 weeks. The guy keeps dodging the resolution and would not allow me to talk to anyone else about the refund. He was extermely patronising and unhelpful. He keeps saying "next week" it will be done... to every question..INFURIATING.. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND STAY AWAY from these guys... read more

Hi Guys I want to thank you for fixing my very loved VZ Commodore , took it to service Centre in Hervey Bay for new BCM and it came back worse than it went in and a rather large dent in the wallet , I was devastated to say the least I love my Holden . Then we found you guys , It was so easy packed everything up BCM , PIM, Cluster and key sent it off , after explaining to you over phone what was happening . you guys fixed and returned it in no time at all, she is running like a dream , and at half the cost .
