Shocking service!!! BE WARNED!!!! this company tried scamming me once they received my car ECU quote went from $295 x2 = $590 to $790 . claimed they purchased a workshop part to test and i should now pay. many ,many weeks later i have now used Paypal for correct payment and if units are not returned will be making a claim back for $590 paid. no reply from them once they received my units.
One star is much too high. was given written txt quote of $295 to diagnose ECU hilux unit. sent way. and was told weeks later ECU is broken. Isnt that why they had it.?? was told amount was now $799 for testing as they had to purchase workshop parts to check unit. I was told and quoted $295 to test which they accepted. was then told no payment ,no parts. sent Paypal details and asked for correct quoted amount to be sent so i can make sure i pay quoted amount and know i get my parts, I told them to keep unit otherwise. One star is too high for this company. received quote of $295 to test ECU. mailed unit off. weeks laiter (4 ) received email from front office lady saying unit was Broken !!!! that was it. I bought a $500 car part from PEC australia 29/06/2025. It was advertised as a brand new OEM but it came looking older and more soiled than my broken part!!! it was found to be faulty. I have been chasing the resolution for a refund for the last 4 weeks. The guy keeps dodging the resolution and would not allow me to talk to anyone else about the refund. He was extermely patronising and unhelpful. He keeps saying "next week" it will be done... to every question..INFURIATING.. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND STAY AWAY from these guys... read more

Hi Guys I want to thank you for fixing my very loved VZ Commodore , took it to service Centre in Hervey Bay for new BCM and it came back worse than it went in and a rather large dent in the wallet , I was devastated to say the least I love my Holden . Then we found you guys , It was so easy packed everything up BCM , PIM, Cluster and key sent it off , after explaining to you over phone what was happening . you guys fixed and returned it in no time at all, she is running like a dream , and at half the cost .
