This community is so dialed in! A no-nonsense landlord and great neighbors. Really stands out from the rest if you're an artist and you've got your shit together!
I enjoyed my residency here at this community and a BIG reason was the close community of good neighbors and the landlord was a huge help when needed with anything anything. There's a nice open community courtyard with roaring art and sometimes there were community parties to showcase sculpture art. The place is really unique and a total gem for that neighborhoods. I lived at the pebbles pond for 3 years and it was awful. The owner Ethan will try to rip you off for anything and everything. Claims he does landscaping but really he just puts all his absurdly huge burning man rave equipment in our front area. Very messy looking. And he has these huge fires that honestly should be considered a hazard. He has no respect for personal property, seeing as I left some of my personal equipment right out side my house, and he sold it! Pebbles Pond Community offers some of the most unique Casita/Townhouses in all of tucson. All units are tiled, upgraded, and retain their original charm. Every unit has a back yard, and with Management on site things are taken care of. It's located in an up and coming tucson neighborhood, and the owner is always upgrading the interiors and exteriors. Community feel and friendly neighbors. Would definitely recommend
