I have made numerous attempts to have them cancel my membership and I still have not been in contact with the “manager”. Place is a joke.
Went here for the first time today because Delta Sonic was crowded. Paid $14 for car wash. Was looking fo a vacuum because none werea available. An attendant came over he told me it's a hit or miss to get the free vacuum. Then he I can't have you blocking my pay stations. I found a free vacuum that did not work. Cars were blocking me in from backing out of the vacuum area. This place is very poorly designed and the customer service is very bad!!!! Yes this place should be shut down. My driver side mirror broke in there automatic car wash it’s been a week and I go and the employees have say they can’t do anything about it that I need to speak to their manager who apparently is never there when I go.
Paid for a $3 basic wash. Gate didnt open. Pressed the help button, attendent that came to "help" said he didnt know what happened to just pay again! Im not going to die over $3 so I did. Gate didnt open again. He asked to see my card and tried doing it yet again! By pressing all buttons and using me card not only did he charge me again. He also purchased me a $25 gift card! Worst customer service. My vehicle wasn't even clean after paying $14 for the ultimate wash and on top of it it ripped my antenna off of my car. Owner said it's not his problem. Never again will I wash my vehicle there and I will spread the word for others not to spend their money there. Worst carwash ever. Shitty owner. Shut this place down!
Pebbles has always been my car wash of choice! Their automated updating is amazing, yet I miss the people that worked there � I gave them ����� since for many years they’ve always given great service, with friendliness & a smile �
