Stumbled across these townhomes and scheduled an appointment for a tour yesterday. My husband had to leave work to do so and once we arrived, the doors were locked. We called the number and she said she forgot and had an emergency come up and couldn’t even give us a notice before wasting our time driving all the way here. Very unprofessional. I can only imagine how difficult it would be to get something done by maintenance or management. Terrible first impression and wouldn’t recommend.
We pick up our keys today!!!!! LaDonna has been AMAZING through the whole process! Amazing location with stores and restaurants easily accessible. And my kids don't have to change schools, which is a huge PLUS for us. I can't wait to move in!
It took a very long time just to get into the apartment initially, which was frustrating. After moving in, the office has been closed for the past 2½ months with no communication or updates on when it will reopen. During my time there, I had two different leasing managers, leading to a lack of consistency and follow-through. I found this online on the official Indiana website that helps people that are on disability that need to find a place that are income-based. This place showed up and looked like a nice place for the money that it said online. My wife is divorcing me and I only have SSDI so I needed a nice place to live that I could afford.
