Hello, Evening. I literally have just left My Doctor's appointment & driven almost 1 hour away, just to get turned down. I tried calling prior & no response, so I just came in & talked to the lady & got denied right at the door. I work less than part time "24 hrs" & I was notified that I make too much money. I don't work every day & I don't work anywhere near 40 hours. I had My heart set on this place, just to come in & be denied at the door & for the lady to notify me that she's not going to rent to me. Love living here it's a very quiet and peaceful place. Also management got really better with the new manager and her team,they trying the best to address any issue in a timely manner.
8 days of calling, 1 answer, took my info and no follow up. Answering machine says she'll get back to you no later than the next business day, should probably update that to a more realistic expectation. Makes me wonder what actually living here would be like. Hard pass.
It seems like a nice place, but I've had reached out several times with no response. This includes emails and leaving voicemails I was looking into their income restricted unit which online it states you can't exceed like $55,000 a year. I walk in on a day that they're in business which is only 2 days a week. The lady says no you have to make like 15,000 to 20,000 a year in order to be eligible for the unit.
