This company received several negative stars from us! We ordered tile and not only did they send the wrong tile, but we only received three of the 14 we ordered for over $165! Multiple times we tried to stop the order after seeing the incorrect color on the invoice. Call after call, email after emails were ignored. Please do not make the same mistake we did. Do not order from Pebble Tile shop from Shaffer, CA!

This place is horrible, and it doesn't take a lot to impress me. I was merely shopping for tile and added a few options to my cart just to see the total - but when I clicked on the button to review it, the website placed the order! I immediately emailed the company (twice) to cancel it (I couldn't call them because it was after business hours) and called to follow up on my emails the next morning, but they still sent the shipment. Ordered a sample from this place which was supposed to have a cost but they sent it for free. We loved it so placed an order. It arrived with 4 tiles out of 35 slightly damaged. I contacted them and they sent out 4 replacement tiles the same day and all with free shipping and we are in the Virgin Islands - not many places ship here for free. Their responsiveness and customer service is fantastic!
