Pebble Masters renovated our very old, painted concrete pool. Their resurfacing has given us a new pool that we enjoy looking at every day. The work was carried out efficiently and swiftly with all the onsite workers being very friendly and focused on completing the task to a high standard. Explicit advice was clearly communicated to ensure ongoing maintenance of the pool. It is like a brand new pool and our grandchildren are so excited.
Pebble Masters did a fantastic job renovating our tired and old 1970's pool. It was a seamless experience from initial quotation through to material and color selection and then finally the professional work which was completed as planned, on time and without fuss. My experience with PebbleMasters has been extremely disappointing. In May 2016, I had my pool resurfaced by them. Straight away, there were red flags — Mark poured leftover pebble mix down my toilet, leaving pebbles sitting at the bottom. Within three months, the top step of the pool cracked.
