El peor lugar donde llevar a tus seres queridos, no reciben la atención necesaria, tienen poco personal, no tienen cuidado con los pacientes y mucho menos la atención hacia los familiares.

The nurses and staff are great with the residents. If anything happens, they let you know right away. My father in law has been there about 5 years, and is doing great!

Pebble Creek Nursing center was great for my Dad. Even though we are all going through the stay home orders and could not visit, the staff was in constant contact with Mom and with me. They made sure he was well cared for and even arranged a video call on his birthday, so we could see him blow out his candles.

Worst dam place ever patient always filthy and they never get the attention they get I would never recommend this place to have a loved one.

my father in law has been here for about 5 years now. he is happy and well taken care of. they call to let you know if anything is going on.

This is a bad place they ignore the residents, residents sit on wet and dirty diaper, some of the cna’s are mean to residents. All around just a bad experience

Fanily member was there and injured. Now bills are flooding in without anyone talking to us about what happened or why we are being charged for so many services that no one authorized.
