This place is an abomination! I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there! My aunt stayed there to recover and receive therapy after a stroke. Most of the staff (some were really pleasant) are UNPROFESSIONAL, especially in social services. They do the least amount to get by. My aunt ‘s toilet was covered in blood from her roommate’s condition and they let it sit for days. I had to stay on the staff to keep it clean. I love pebble creek !! My grandmother was in pebble for help with her mobility they took good care of her while she was there ! & she improved wonderfully. Very blessed for pebble creek

Was here for a volunteer outing. Some of the staff looked like they were fresh out of prison and down right rude. One of the elderly women, her toe nails were so long and discolored and thick, it looked painful. There was another woman on a gurney type bed, her gown almost exposing her chest, blood on her blanket, her fingernails were so long and looked infected.
