HOA here only seems to care to punish miniscule issues on residents. No regard for the security or safety of the community they are here to serve. There has been a dog running around this neighborhood nightly for months, he is attacking animals and the HOA and property management claim it is out of their hands. They have made no effort to contact the owners, assess fines or even aid animal control with their investigation into the matter. Good place to walk around the pond great area for pictures.
Would not recommend buying here. And I love my townhouse. But I'm glad I bought in 2007, during the housing crash. It's worth 2007 prices, and the location is fantastic. The property would have been nice at one point. Now, it's old, cheap, 70s condos that have been neglected, with ballooning HOA dues and special assessments in an attempt to dig out from the mess.
