The condos are older, but if you are willing to update its a great investment. There are 3 phases, all managed differently and the HOA rules change often.The mgmt company also changes often, and are pretty much just following the boards lead. In Phase 2 we have a LOT of board issues. Couple old timers, harassing the homeowners, and changing HOA rules. Not going to hide how most tenants are extremely unhappy with them.
