Rob and Mark were outstanding and worked with us,and our upstairs neighbor,to correct a problem that has existed for 50 years. This is the first day we can relax and not worry about our air conditioner condensation backing up and into our home ever again. They worked the problem through and solved a problem that has plagued this community since it was built. Thank you so much for your ingenuity and thoughtful approach to problem solving!! The Hansens
