I have used Pebble Beach on a few occasions, tidy, helpful, and efficient
When our shower stopped working I spoke to a few plumbers who weren't confident they had a solution for me, then a friend recommended Pebble Beach and all I can say is what a relief it was to deal with them, from start to finish. We initially asked Pebble Beach to fix a toilet that was leaking and wouldn't flush. Pleased with David's job, we then asked them to upgrade another toilet that was slow and noisy to refill after flushing. Gary came and fitted a new mechanism. Both jobs absolutely fine, they communicated well, were courteous and left everything clean and tidy. Would recommend.
Really disappointed with our experience with Pebble Beach. The plumber who came round to help with a bathroom blockage was pretty rude. He used two bottles of industrial strength acid to clear the drains which other plumbers have always said is an absolute no-go as it destroys your pipes. Not only this, but he got it all over our slate floor which is now permanently stained. The worst part of all this is the premium prices that this company charge too - expected much better service and won't be using them again.
Fantastic plumbing business operating in Sussex and the south east. Prompt, reliable, professional and all really friendly and helpful. I have used Pebble Beach for coming up to 10 jobs now from boiler services to entire bathroom refits. And on each occasion they have done an amazing job, with zero problems, super quick and for a fair and reasonable price. Highly recommend!
