Called and ordered a replacement circuit board for my effects processor. I asked if they would test the board before shipping. CS rep told me that all boards are shipped tested and wrapped in anti static bags. I received the board loose in a cardboard box with bubble wrap. Of course the board did not work and is defective. I have called customer service and the parts department and left messages several times and no one has returned calls or emails. Worst example of customer service I have experienced yet. My Peavey Duece (70s model) went down about 1 year ago. Unfortunately it was done for this time, kaput. I found a ValveKing combo a few days later & wow what fantastic tube amp!!! Multi wattage options. On board reverb, gain & clean boost. Tube amp sweetness & those awesome retro chicken head knobs. Good job everyone!!!

I have called this place for Customer Service 4 days in a row and yet to speak to customer service, parts or service department. Keep getting sent to a voicemail. I just had a few questions before making a final selection on some Peavy Products. I have lost four days of my valuable time researching their products, I can see clearly now. I'm moving on to someone who can answer the phones and return voicemails. Thanks for nothing...
