Peavey is an excellent maker of amplifiers, speakers , guitars and musical accoutrement! Hartley Peavey - a sound engineer genius, pioneered the amplifier and created a musical empire. Headquartered in Meridian, MS, the Peavey home office is a tribute to the 1980s style and contributed to all genres of music.
I just finished a phone conversation with one of the amp employees here to help me with some confusion about my amp's setting. Courteous, professional, and knowledgeable in helping me get to what was needed to properly adjust my amp settings. Unfortunately I am still technically slow at electronics,.presets, editing stuff. So the staff here were very helpful. Great product too, I love this amp. Peavey Vyper X. Thank you to all at Peavey.
Called and ordered a replacement circuit board for my effects processor. I asked if they would test the board before shipping. CS rep told me that all boards are shipped tested and wrapped in anti static bags. I received the board loose in a cardboard box with bubble wrap. Of course the board did not work and is defective. I have called customer service and the parts department and left messages several times and no one has returned calls or emails. Worst example of customer service I have experienced yet. Your equipment had been trash s8nce you sold out to China.
My Peavey Duece (70s model) went down about 1 year ago. Unfortunately it was done for this time, kaput. I found a ValveKing combo a few days later & wow what fantastic tube amp!!! Multi wattage options. On board reverb, gain & clean boost. Tube amp sweetness & those awesome retro chicken head knobs. Good job everyone!!!
