They gave me a very fair price for something I was looking sell. It was a very easy experience!
Great store; great selection. Tons of watches. I used to stop in on my lunch breaks; always enjoyed it.
I had some concerns with my Tudor watch. David took time to assess my watch free of charge, including a functions check and water test check. Stellar customer service and great selection of used luxury watches and other jewelry.
Awful customer service over the phone. Called to have a watch serviced and they wouldn’t give me the time of day.
Extremely overpriced and the customer service is just plain rude. If dealing with people face-to-face bothers you that much, maybe retail isn’t the right business. It honestly felt like they didn’t even want to be there. Definitely won’t be returning — way better options out there with people who actually enjoy what they do.
