Extremely overpriced and the customer service is just plain rude. If dealing with people face-to-face bothers you that much, maybe retail isn’t the right business. It honestly felt like they didn’t even want to be there. Definitely won’t be returning — way better options out there with people who actually enjoy what they do.
Review for Pearson's Jewelry: Stopped in to authenticate a Rolex I was buying. Right away, the price to open the caseback jumped unexpectedly when they saw I wasn’t buying from them. What really threw me off was seeing a Rolex in their showcase with a gold-plated aftermarket band being sold as original. After that, I didn’t even feel comfortable handing over the watch — felt like the kind of place you’ve gotta be real cautious with. Always do your homework in this business.
Bought what I was told was a natural diamond, only to later find out from another jeweler that it was lab grown. Felt completely misled and scammed. Be very cautious and make sure you get everything tested and verified before making any purchase here.
