Super service from Jason who bled the brakes on my 1975 Kawasaki 750 triple and who took great care to protect the bike when performing the work. The bike was ready on time, and the front braking power and feel has improved. Thanks again, Jason, for such great customer service and a job well done.
Long story short but a fuel pump relay replacement (£15) shouldnt come to £222 especially when the AA had already diagnosed that or fuel pump itself. Maybe staff werent listening ??? Uneccessary £45 for duagnostic which had already been done, 2 hous labour at £70/hr taking the urine to check a relay ?! I would have just replaced relay as advised by AA and then moved on to pump... 10 minute job bearing in mind it was left accessible by AA so they could check that first !!! My experience is based on communication , I am a deaf hard of hearing person that depends on text email format when communicating with garages hospitals etc etc I find that jase here is not very nice and respectful of myself considering my needs and way of communication, whilst I appreciate that when your busy and on a bike you can't reply to messages however when you are free you can be it when not on a bike or at the end of a shift its not hard work and doesn't take much to be kind and mindful especially when communicating... read more
