Love the Pearson's Peppermint patties!! I think, they are the best mints ever!! I have one or two almost every day after a meal. The flavor of the mint, the dark chocolate covering, the texture & size is perfect!! I've gotten others hooked on them, too. Thank you for making them that way!!
This Jim Weismantel, several months ago I purchased a Salted Nut Roll candy bar at a local convenience store. I took a bite of the candy bar that had a very hard object in the candy bar that resulted in damage an upper and lower tooth. I contacted Pearson Co many times trying to get them to address and cover the dental repairs. Finally, they replied back saying they were going to turn the claim over to their insurance co which is Traveler's Insurance Co. Very friendly staff easy to work with
I used to get salted nut rolls with size, I didn’t have to forfeit my caramel to the packaging. You’re going to push the customers away with what you are doing. Ask Coke how well changing your product drastically works.
