Not very impressed with how unprofessional this company really is,the consumer is just a peon in their importance in business,I have been writing and calling talking to one person and leaving several messages along with my phone number, email and address to get no help with my candy issue,I would not make a purchase from this sad operation again,they do not take care of product issues or customers,sent them the issues,copy of the bags information and upc to hear nothing since the beginning of January 2026
Make the Salted Nut Roll Great Again! Seriously, the once great Nut Roll is now abysmal. These things are the size of tooth picks now! Shame on management.
I have loved the salted nut rolls my whole life until a few years ago. I have tried - really I have, but the nougut is so gritty and lacks the flavor it used to have, and it is not a salted nut roll as there is hardly any salt or peanuts. So disappointed in this product and I hope you quit listening to the people who wanted to change perfection. Please go back to the original recipe.
