I arrived on time, but the main door was closed and no one opened it. When a girl finally let us in, the escalator wasn’t working, which caused more than a 15‑minute delay just to reach the 5th floor at 21 St. Clair, Toronto. Worst place to visit. I went there for an exam yesterday and I was on time but still they didn't let me start my exam. Even the person who was at the front desk first changed my country when I showed him my I'd and there was technical glitch on his computer so what I have to do with that. There was very bad experience. There were two instructors. During exam in my speaking session ,i was disturbed by instructor who was old men, put the volume low i was told and it is not happened two times. I did not concentrate nd miss the preparation time in read aloud. He distracted and spoiled my concentration, focus level during the exam.
