The staff were professional and friendly, and the environment was good. The only issue was the headphones. The sound here was not as clear as in another test center where I previously took the exam, and my score this time was much lower than before. I suggest all test-takers to carefully check the headphone volume before starting the test.

This is the worst PTE test centre. The headsets don't work. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT TAKE THE TEST HERE

If I could rate -0 I would. This place is the biggest joke of a company I’ve ever seen. They had one job to send me the number so I could write my test. I’ve been on a back and fourth calling battle between Pearson and the nursing board. They can’t figure out their shit and I’m just the messenger between companies. Worst unprofessional company I’ve ever came across

After nearly an hour into my test, the online proctor (I think named Christopher) issued two back-to-back warnings claiming my eyes were “off camera” and then abruptly terminated the exam. Expecting someone to stare directly into the camera for 1.5 hours without natural movement is completely unreasonable. This experience was incredibly frustrating and unfair. Online proctors need better training, it’s unacceptable to treat people this way, especially considering the time, money, and effort every exam taker puts in.
