There was very bad experience. There were two instructors. During exam in my speaking session ,i was disturbed by instructor who was old men, put the volume low i was told and it is not happened two times. I did not concentrate nd miss the preparation time in read aloud. He distracted and spoiled my concentration, focus level during the exam. I took the PTE Core test and feel like I was completely scammed. I guess Pearson is trying to ensure Canada has a General Practitioner shortage. Testing environment was awful and anxiety-inducing but the worst part by far was the events following my test. My scores came back showing I failed the speaking portion which is required for my permanent residency application. I came to write my exam but got sent away because the government has my international passport as a refugee claimant but on the record it says I did not show up. Dat was a lie..
I took my PTE test at the Toronto St. Clair centre and had a disappointing experience. The computer I used (Station #10) froze several times for 2–3 seconds, and I’m confident some of my answers didn’t submit properly. My test was on November 22 at 4:15 PM, I finished around 6:10 PM, and I received my result at 8:02 PM the same evening — even before I got home — which made me doubt that everything was processed correctly.
