This is an awful company. I had three particular issues to bring up in a post-exam survey that I expected to receive, and I did. However, every time I clicked submit at the end of the survey, I would get an error message. I tried three different browsers four times on two different days and received the same error message. So I took a screenshot of the error message and screenshots of my completed survey to submit to customer service. The people answering those phone should be fired. So unprofessional and not helpful at all.
