Thank you! As a vegetarian it is rare to get such amazing veggie meals, especially with a large catering event. All four days of vegan meals were delicious, filling, and flavorful. Such a nice surprise to have pearls couscous stuffed bell pepper with red sauce on a bed of spinach trackside in 100° weather. And the salad the day before with the hummus - I would order that from a restaurant. Thank you so much for actually taking the time and effort with the veggie options.
They catered our lunches at the racetrack and the veggie/Vegas options were AMAZING!
Went to Porcelanosa's event in April. Food was delicious and staff was charming and courteous. Yum to the bacon wraps.
We used Pearson’s for our 140 person wedding and had a great experience! Great food and drinks from cocktail hour to dinner and desserts. The team was excellent and efficient throughout the whole event. Planning was easy and Sheena was super helpful! Thank you Pearson’s!!
Run, don't walk, to book Pearson's for your next event! The food was amazing, communication was prompt and thorough, the staff was so kind, professional and fun and they made our budget work without sacrificing on quality! If I could give them 10 stars I would :)
