Worst testing center ever. Showed up to take my test and NO ONE was there and to have someone tell me they weren’t open today. I scheduled a test with you guys and maybe you should be there. It’s beyond me. I already have a busy life and I went out of my way to take my NREMT and wasted all that gas just to have to reschedule. Yall should be more customer focused.
I was nervous after reading the reviews but needed a Saturday testing time and this was the only option. The staff were super nice and professional, I found cheaper parking only a 5 minute walk away. The center was hidden in a building but once you got into the building it wasn’t hard to find. Overall was a good testing experience. They provided me with noise-canceling headphones. The testing room was clean and organized, and even though there were several people taking tests in there, it was quiet... other th... read more
I can’t believe that certification companies still use Piersonvue. You will be treated like a criminal, that is if you even get that far. Online proctoring is done by someone in India that has very broken English. But I guess that’s how you get low bid. No way is this service worth what they charge. $200 for a 2 hour exam. Shoot I’ll watch someone take an exam for $50 an hour, and not treat them like a criminal.
