I was very sceptical and more than a little worried after reading the reviews for this place, but it was too late to reschedule my exam, so I crossed my fingers, said a prayer, and off I went. I had zero issues. Everyone was polite, the process of checking in was quick, and they had printed my results before I even walked out of the testing room. I can’t believe that certification companies still use Piersonvue. You will be treated like a criminal, that is if you even get that far. Online proctoring is done by someone in India that has very broken English. But I guess that’s how you get low bid. No way is this service worth what they charge. $200 for a 2 hour exam. Shoot I’ll watch someone take an exam for $50 an hour, and not treat them like a criminal.
They do not inform the test takers of the guidelines prior to taking the exam! They did not inform test takers that if you do not complete exam it is considered "incomplete/failing" even if you get to question #99/100! They also do not give you exam results if you do not complete exam! Seems like a money grab to me!

I can not find my local testing center in Battle Creek. But here is my review. I do not recommend testing at Michigan Works/PearsonVUE. They had me search myself in front of men and remove any articles they deemed unnecessary. I took my test in a pissed off mood and felt violated. I am surprised that they didn't give me scrubs to change into and had someone watch me change. All this for a test to a class I took at KCC.
