I wouldn’t go back personally. The blonde receptionist was very nice and super helpful. However, the dark haired girl supervising the tests was so unnecessarily rude. I understand the professionalism of a testing center as I’ve been to multiple, but professionalism should not be confused with rudeness. The lady checking me for pre-exam security was so stuck-up saying things like “OH NOO-I’m NoT ReAdY yet” when reaching for my id or prior to sitting down. Overall, the testing process was straightforward. I arrived approximately 30 minutes prior to my scheduled testing time for check-in. However, the receptionist appeared to be engaged in a personal phone conversation, speaking and laughing for about 15 minutes. Although she briefly acknowledged my presence by holding up a finger gesturing for me to wait, the call continued for an additional 10 minutes and was not concluded until another candidate arrived. Professional, clean, and quick. No wait and allowed me in before my scheduled time. Clear instructions and noise canceling headphones provided. Best part is it's a quick shot down the 5 and you're at Dana Point. Perfect treat after a big test.
