Overall, the testing process was straightforward. I arrived approximately 30 minutes prior to my scheduled testing time for check-in. However, the receptionist appeared to be engaged in a personal phone conversation, speaking and laughing for about 15 minutes. Professional, clean, and quick. No wait and allowed me in before my scheduled time. Clear instructions and noise canceling headphones provided. Best part is it's a quick shot down the 5 and you're at Dana Point. Perfect treat after a big test.
Took an exam in 2024. The staff outside of the testing room are loud and chatting with people even with the door shut.
Worst company out there for education by a country mile. For starters, most of their assessments are full of racial bias. Next, the assessments costing aspiring educators money out of their back pocket should be criminal. Finally, Pearson evaluators and test writers are completely clueless as to what is going on out in the real world in modern day educational settings. Avoid this place at all costs. Lobby for this place to go out of business. Should be negative stars. Society is worse off with this company operating.
During the check-in process, the staff member with long brown hair exhibited behavior that caused unnecessary anxiety. This behavior impacted my experience negatively, particularly given the nature of the exam, which already caused nervousness.
