Overall, the testing process was straightforward. I arrived approximately 30 minutes prior to my scheduled testing time for check-in. However, the receptionist appeared to be engaged in a personal phone conversation, speaking and laughing for about 15 minutes. Although she briefly acknowledged my presence by holding up a finger gesturing for me to wait, the call continued for an additional 10 minutes and was not concluded until another candidate arrived. Professional, clean, and quick. No wait and allowed me in before my scheduled time. Clear instructions and noise canceling headphones provided. Best part is it's a quick shot down the 5 and you're at Dana Point. Perfect treat after a big test.
Took an exam in 2024. The staff outside of the testing room are loud and chatting with people even with the door shut.
