I'm always like family and with respect.
Paid for a diagnosis for my car and they never even crunk the car up. Gave me a list of things that are needed and Never mentioned the fact that I had a blown head gasket. Vanessa in service has no problem getting rude Over The Phone .
Very nice experience. The staff is friendly and quick to find a vehicle that will fit your needs.
So far excellent service! Service advisor Vanessa is professional, kept us informed.
A huge thank you to Bill, Issac , Mali and Dan , you guys ROCK ! . Pearson Nissan has serviced my Nissan Rogue for almost 10 years. Unfortunately my Rogue was in an accident which save my life so another Rogue only make sense. I have always felt like family coming there. Thank you all for always being friendly , compassionate and always there to help me.
