The Office Manager, Joanne, is a nightmare to deal with. I actually stopped going to Dr. Pearson simply because of Joanne. When Joanne says she will call back, she never does. I don't know if Dr. Pearson is aware of this problem or not, but he should be. Get rid of Joanne, and I will come back.
