We have been using this service for years and cannot be more pleased. The driver has been courteous, polite and entertaining. The car is immaculate and the drive is comfortable and steady (unlike some of the cabs we have been in). Will continue to use this company.
The ultimate
very rude customer service. asking question that doesn't really matter with the transaction. when I told him that he is not supposed to be asking those kind of questions he hang up on me. no matter how good your product is if this is the kind of customer service you have I will not even think of considering you. deleting you in my cache now.
