Damaged my windshield during a state inspection. I took my car to this service center for a routine state inspection, and what a disaster it turned out to be. Spoke with Krystal & their customer service was terrible—a lot of deflecting and excuses. I’m now stuck with the cost of getting a new windshield, all because of their carelessness. Avoid this place if you value your vehicle and your time. Would not recommend to anyone!
They were able to quickly fix an issue with my vehicle and were communicative. Everybody was very nice and welcoming, hard to find that anywhere else. Thank you guys for the work!
Nothing but positive things to say. Jason last year helped me get a new engine when the bearing rings failed on my Veloster. Hyundai corporate took a bit to approve everything, but once my new engine was approved. Pearson was excellent. They got me a rental car and kept me up to date on my vehicle status. Recently we had a miscommunication about service and Krystal fixed the problem even though it was a misunderstanding on my part.
