I visited Pearson Hyundai and didn't use the parts center but the service center. The service center didn't do well by us. They failed to install a scheduled engine air filter change and really don't have friendly customer service. They treat you as if you were another number, another vehicle to service. A good thing to say about them is that when we had issues requiring a shock absorber replacement they loaned us another vehicle at no charge.
I shredded both ac and alternator belts in one go, Casey helped me out without hesitation, got me what I needed and got me back on the road quickly
Super knowledgeable and got the correct part the first time Casey was very professional and quick!
The personalities which recieve phone calls regarding auto repair service are generally very pleasant but communication is a problem with the mechanics and technical staffers. They never respond to requests even after daily calls. I take it that they are busy doing their daily tasks but a phone call would be greatly appreciated by most clients.
