I've used Pearsons on multiple occasions. They have always been very responsive and effective communicators. More than anything, I appreciate their honesty. At times, they could have charged me much more and gotten away with it. I wouldn't have known any differently. They didn't take advantage. I appreciate people I can trust.
Chad and his family came through in the clutch !!! A skunk family had invaded my duct work and they were able to schedule an appointment very quickly and replace the entire system in less than a day !!! Top level work !!!
They were great! My air quit working on Christmas Eve. I messaged around 6pm they were there in less than hour, was here for only 30 minutes tops and we were all fixed! He knew exactly what the problem was and had it fixed fast! Can’t say enough about Pearson heating cooling and electrical!
