I scheduled a quote and service a week in advance. They gave me a 3- hour window of arrival. They never arrived but did try to negotiate a quote via text including a $99 service charge on top of the repair. It was a more complex issue that required an in-person discussion (as planned) before agreeing to service. In the end I wasted a couple hours driving to the location and they never arrived. Not good.

Terrible experience with Adrian. Poor communication and an incredibly overpriced job. The man that did the work was great but everything else has been terrible and we will never recommend this company.

Every person who came to fix our home did it with sincere dedication and quality work. The only downside is that they are very busy.

It was amazing working with Mike and his team. Initially, there was a big problem, but these two immediately took actions. He came over to my house a couple of times to make sure everything is done correctly. What I like most about these two was not that they were perfect, but they were receptive to feedback from customer, and were quick to implement changes. Very satisfied with the result.

It is a forgotten long overdue review. I wanted to wait a while to see how the work held up over time, and then I forgot to post a review until now. But I can confidently say the work has held up wonderfully and these guys definitely deserve 5 stars. Mine is a hillside home with some metal roof sections, all which required scaffolding and extra attention. Pearson Handyman & Painting's bid was competitive and the work was top notch.
