They don't care about their customers. I've bought a block heater from them for a truck I owned. It never worked from day one. I told them about it, his response was to go and cut the cord off! Didn't replace the cord or the block heater! They currently have my quad. It's just sitting there in the snow, they haven't looked at it once! It's been there for over 3 months, hasn't moved an inch from where I parked it. I told him I wanted it back for plowing snow this winter. Had a tire repaired, took me right in, decent price, kind people. No complaints. Got home safe on the repaired tire.
Great the lady was nice up front problem is the husband in the back in the shop does not know how to use his a Time efficiently so he took 3 days to do a 4-Hour job and only doing one job at a time when I know someone who was by himself in the even bigger shop and handled the front desk with customers plus a ton of other things and was able to get things done a lot quicker because he didn't do multiple things at once
Excellent customer service! Highly recommend!
