We have been using Pearson Airport Limousine exclusively for over 4 years and highly recommend them. They are consistently on time, have excellent vehicles and even better service. We have had numerous home pickups at all times of the day and they have always been completely on time. JD picked us up at the airport this morning and although our luggage was 1.5 hours late he was in calm communication the entire time and patiently waited for us to finally emerge. Flew into the airport and the driver was waiting for us to deliver us out of the city about one hour away. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable of the area and dropped us off. The same driver came and picked us up and took us back to airport. I would recommend this to anyone Great ride
I love this service. There's nothing better than having a car waiting when you walk out of Terminal 1 A-Door. It's not the cheapest way home but the drivers are absolute professionals and will get you there smoothly and safely. They are flexible too... Book ahead or just text when you are taking off and they'll be there when you land. I'm a transit guy at heart and will take the bus or train most times but for a late night arrival it's a treat to splurge on the best car service. Have used them a few times before but today was the absolute worst experience. Booked and confirmed 3 days ago. I called 30minutes before pickup time to verify driver was on the way and receptionist said yes. Called them again at 5mi utes before and at pickup time as no limo had shown up. This time she said driver will call me. No call back so at 20 minutes after my scheduled pickup time I booked an uber who showed up in 2 minutes and cancelled them.
