The technicians were very professional. Walk me through the process then start to work. I checked in on them a few times and they explained what they were doing. The process took about 4 hours. At the end, I got to see some pictures of before and after cleaning. I am happy with the results and would hire them again.

Pearson Air Duct arrived on time and were courteous and professional. After they left I could smell a bad odor from the ducts and called them and they turned around and came right back. The smell turned out to be unrelated to the ducts but they helped me identify what it was. I would certainly use them again.

Paul and his team were polite and efficient. They also called ahead to see if they could come earlier than the scheduled time. He took the time to show me what work they did with before and after photos. I had no idea my dryer vent could get that full of lint! I highly recommend this company.

Solid customer service all around. From getting an estimate to scheduling an appointment, receiving the appointment reminder, and the duct and vent cleaning. The technician arrived on time and was professional and knowledgeable. Did a great job of cleaning the air ducts and dryer vents. Would highly recommend this company for Pearson Air Duct!
