My husband has been attending Pearsall Medical Centre for a number of years, the centre has experienced a period of change regarding Drs leaving. My husband has seen Dr Aisha Tanoli who is new and he finds her very thorough, and would recommend to other patients old and new.
Tried to book online and it said i had to book telehealth as I have cold and flu symptoms, changed appointment to telehealth type, said I did not meet the requirements for this type. Tried calling up first thing when they were open and was left in position 1 on the phone for like 20min. Gave up after. Will not try here again.
No Doctors left, I had an appointment turned up and the nurse practitioner had gone home, next day had a telehealth appointment for a repeat script and was ripped off $68 for a 2 minute call.
I've been coming here since the practice opened in 2012/13. I've always found the doctors and allied health staff to be extremely helpful. The reception staff on the whole have always been welcoming, warm and efficient. There'll always be changes at any medical practice, but this has not deterred me from seeking health care here.
Had a poor experience with reception yesterday trying to get my results transferred to my new GP, they were requested three weeks ago and when I followed up the day before my appointment (glad I did) to see if they had access, Pearsall never granted this. I then called multiple times during the day asking for updates if I needed to cancel my appt with my new GP or if she’d have access to my results all with little to no help, my new GP’s reception had to get in contact and demand they be sent over as I had previously had an ... read more
